Plot Camera ships pre-owned camera gear from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We may ship using Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or another suitable carrier depending on the item, destination, cost, insurance, and delivery requirements.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed before payment when applicable.
Any mandatory shipping charges, taxes, or fees will be shown before checkout is completed.
Insurance and Signature
High-value items may require tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. This helps protect both the customer and Plot Camera.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless the carrier specifically provides a guaranteed service.
Plot Camera is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help open a carrier investigation.
Refunds or replacements for lost packages are handled case by case and may depend on the carrier investigation and insurance coverage.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep the item, all packaging, shipping label, and box materials. Photos of the item and packaging may be required for the carrier claim.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in Vancouver, British Columbia, by appointment.
Pickup details will be provided after order confirmation.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available by request. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges that may apply.
